Verna started with an observation we couldn't shake: real estate development moves more money than almost any other industry, and it runs on spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and one person who knows where everything is. Fortunes get decided in workbooks with no version history. That's not a system. That's luck.
We've worked with developers across Europe and the Middle East, and the same failures repeat everywhere: leads go cold because nobody followed up, brokers sell from stale inventory lists, commission disputes drag on for months, and two departments hold two different truths about the same unit. The status quo isn't just inefficient. It's broken.
