The questions we hear most, answered plainly. Customers also get in-app support with priority response on Professional plans and above.
Request a trial or a demo from this site. We set up your environment, usually the same day, and send login details for your team. There is no self-serve signup yet because every account gets configured with us first.
We import your leads, contacts, inventory, deals, and tenancies from spreadsheets or exports of your current system, with a guided mapping step and a dry run before go-live. Migration is included with every plan; see the migration page for the full process.
Most teams are live in one to two weeks: setup and migration in the first week, role-based training in the second. Larger portfolios with finance and facility management typically take three to four.
Meta lead forms sync automatically, your website posts to the lead capture API, WhatsApp bots create leads from conversations, spreadsheets import with guided mapping, and agents create leads directly. Every lead carries its source for ROI reporting.
Records like offers, deals, and discounts move through Draft, Submitted, and Approved. Who can approve is set by role level in the permission grid, and higher-value discounts climb to higher levels automatically. Approvers work from one inbox.
Yes. Offers, EOIs, SPAs, bookings, and receipts generate as branded PDFs from templates. Documents pull unit, pricing, payment plan, and customer details from the record, so nothing is retyped.
Commission structures are defined per agent or per agreement, with rates, tiers, and broker and agent splits. When deals close, commissions accrue automatically and settle through staged payouts with approval sign-off.
Community, building, floor, unit, mirroring your actual developments. Units carry types, attributes, floor plans, and pricing, with real-time status: Available, Reserved, Sold, or Blocked.
Unit status changes at the moment of reservation, and temporary holds carry a reason and an expiry. Every agent sees the same live availability, so "available" always means available right now.
Most customers do not. Verna includes a double-entry general ledger, journal vouchers, accounting periods, invoicing, collections, post-dated cheque handling, and financial statements, scoped per company for consolidation.
Each lease generates its full payment schedule when drafted: rent per period plus deposits and one-time charges. A daily job invoices items as they fall due, and collections allocate against the schedule.
Through the tenant portal or a WhatsApp service bot on your number. Requests become tracked work orders with SLA clocks, and tenants can check progress and rate the completed work.
One permission grid controls every action on every record type per role. Agents see their own records, managers their team, directors everything, enforced on the server for every request. Custom roles are supported.
Only through the broker portal, scoped to their own leads, deals, commissions, and the inventory granted by an active agreement. You control per account whether they see pricing and customer contact details.
Yes. Every record is scoped to your account at the database level, and multi-company groups get per-company scoping with consolidated reporting for the roles allowed to look across.
Ask us directly. Questions go to people who work with the product every day, and most get answered the same business day.
