Pricing questions, answered.
How is Verna priced?
Per user. Free covers one user at no cost, forever. Professional is $39 per user per month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly. Enterprise is a custom annual agreement priced against your team size and modules.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs only an email and a workspace name, and Professional starts with a 14-day trial on your own data before any payment details.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who logs into the internal app: agents, managers, finance, admins. External brokers using the partner portal and tenants using the tenant portal are free and unlimited.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup and data import are included on every plan, and Enterprise agreements include a fully managed migration.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply as soon as you need them and your data carries over as-is, so you can start on the sales core and add finance, leasing, or facility management when the time comes.
