Developer agreements & inventory

Sign developers, define commission terms, and grant inventory access down to the exact unit. Agents only ever see what an active agreement lets them sell.

Control who sells what

Developer agreements

Capture commission rate, validity dates, and terms for each developer relationship. Attach the signed document and route the agreement through submit-and-approve sign-off.

Multi-developer inventory

Grant full access to a developer's entire portfolio, or scope it to specific projects, buildings, or individual units. Manage inventory from many developers side by side.

Scoped inventory access

Agents see and sell only the units granted through an active, in-date agreement. Access is enforced at every level, from project down to a single unit.

Validity windows

Every agreement carries a valid-from and valid-until date. Expired agreements automatically drop out of scope, so no one sells inventory they no longer represent.

Relationship management

Track each developer relationship as prospective, active, preferred, or suspended, add an internal rating out of five, and keep private notes your agents never see.

Unit blocks

Brokers can place a temporary hold on an accessible unit while a deal firms up. Blocks carry a reason and an expiry date to prevent double-booking.
