Tenants raise requests from the portal against their occupied units, attach photos, and track progress. Priority is capped so genuine emergencies stand out.
One request spawns one or more work orders. The request closes automatically once the last open order is completed, with no manual reconciliation.
The field team proposes visit slots and the tenant approves or declines. An approved slot syncs the job schedule and moves the request to Scheduled.
Every request keeps an append-only event log of creation, status changes, and escalations, each stamped with who acted and filtered to what each audience should see.
Tenants rate finished work one to five stars on completion. The rating closes the request and feeds back into service quality.
